Structured Products
The objective of the Products are to achieve consistent risk-adjusted returns through investing in high-yielding listed instruments. For equity and listed property holdings, total yield comprises the cash returned to shareholders from dividends and the yield from stock repurchases.
The Products are available through an unlevered and leveraged product. The latter aims to enhance returns utilising 20%* initial leverage to exploit the positive spread between the Product’s yield and fundings costs. This amplifies both positive and negative returns.
*This figure will vary depending on the performance of the underlying assets.
Risk Profile
Moderate to Aggressive Risk Profile. The product is suitable for retail investors seeking capital gains through exposure to high-yielding assets and a moderate tolerance for market drawdowns. An investment horizon of 5+ years is recommended.
Leveraged Yielding Product:
Aggressive Risk Profile. The product is suitable for retail investors seeking capital gains through leveraged exposure to high-yielding assets. The risk profile is elevated due to its utilisation of leverage, which amplifies both positive and negative performance. An investment horizon of 5+ years is recommended.

Foreign Exchange Requirements
The Product is Listed on the JSE and traded and settled in ZAR. Foreign exchange regulation does therefore not apply.

To invest in the Product investors can open or use an existing brokerage account with an authorised JSE equity member. The broker then contacts Standard Bank (the issuer) to execute an order.
